Walls brings nearly two decades of experience across mergers and acquisitions, defense, and federal contracting. He has guided organizations through multiple private equity-backed growth cycles, bringing a balance of financial rigor and operational insight.
Most recently, Walls served as Managing Director – CFO Advisory at Maximus Partners. He previously held CFO roles at Valkyrie Enterprises and McKean Defense Group, where he supported scalable growth, performance optimization, and strategic transformation.
