Parter Secures $5.5M to Launch AI Platform Revolutionizing Hardware Supply Risk Management
Parter, an AI-powered company helping hardware teams—from engineering and supply chain to R&D—manage complexity and stay ahead of disruption, has announced $5.5 million in seed funding. The round was led by StageOne Ventures, with participation from Zenda Capital, Mercer Ventures, and notable angel investors including former Sequoia partner Shmil Levy, executives from Cisco, Ariel Maislos, and founders of Avalor, Datorama, Epsagon, and Innoviz. The funding will support product development, go-to-market expansion, and U.S. growth as Parter officially launches out of stealth.
Hardware manufacturing faces mounting challenges. Supply chain instability, tariff-driven price hikes, and fragmented systems make it harder than ever to bring products to market. A 2024 survey of over 500 manufacturing leaders found 98% reporting persistent issues with disconnected and incomplete data, resulting in delays, cost overruns, and lost opportunities.
With shifting trade policies and pressure to reshore production, hardware teams need tools to manage complexity, reduce risk, and transition from reactive fixes to proactive decision-making. Parter’s platform leverages AI to connect data, teams, and decisions, streamlining operations and enabling confident action even during disruptions.
“Our customers are under pressure from every direction. Data is siloed, teams are disconnected, and global instability complicates operations,” said Asaf Israelit, co-founder and CEO of Parter. “We built Parter to bring clarity. Our platform unifies data and empowers hardware companies to make smarter, faster decisions through AI.”
AI-Powered Capabilities
Parter’s platform consolidates product and supplier data from BOMs, datasheets, ERP and PLM systems, PDFs, and spreadsheets into a clean, structured system. AI agents validate, enrich, and link data to deliver real-time insights and recommendations. Key capabilities include:
- Risk and compliance monitoring
- AI-powered alternatives for impacted components
- Predictive alerts for obsolescence and tariffs
- Sourcing and quoting automation
- Collaboration tools for cross-functional teams
The platform serves a wide spectrum of electronics producers, including OEMs, ODMs, EMS, and contract manufacturers across sectors like IoT, communications, automotive, and defense.
“Parter is solving a massive, overlooked problem,” said Tal Slobodkin, managing partner at StageOne Ventures. “The team is applying AI where it’s desperately needed, turning operational chaos into strategic clarity. This is a game-changer for hardware companies and perfectly timed for current market conditions.”
Hila Arditi, VP Supply Chain at RH Group, added, “Parter has transformed how we manage sourcing and quoting. By automating manual steps, we respond faster to customer needs and navigate complex supply chains with confidence.”
Parter was also selected as one of 25 startups globally for the Palantir Foundry-backed Accelerator Programme, supporting AI-native startups in complex, data-rich industries and validating Parter’s approach to hardware intelligence.
