PassiveLogic, a pioneer in generative autonomy, has raised $74 million in Series C funding to accelerate deployment of its AI platform for buildings and infrastructure. The round was led by noa, Europe’s largest built-world VC, with participation from new investors Prologis Ventures, Johnson Controls, and PSP Growth, alongside existing backers Addition, NVentures (NVIDIA’s VC arm), Keyframe, and Brookfield, bringing total funding to over $125 million.

PassiveLogic delivers the first “robot-of-robots” platform, orchestrating sensors, IoT devices, systems, energy, and infrastructure to enable fully autonomous environments. By extending generative AI beyond LLMs into physical systems, the platform allows organizations to design custom autonomous systems and AI agents for diverse built environments.
