Exensio Studio AI Combines Exensio Analytics with Intel’s Tiber AI Studio to Accelerate AI Development and Deployment
PDF Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: PDFS) has announced the upcoming release of Exensio Studio AI, the next generation of its Exensio AI/ML (ModelOps) solution. The platform integrates Exensio analytics with Tiber™ AI Studio—licensed from Intel Corporation—to deliver a comprehensive AI and machine learning (ML) environment for semiconductor manufacturing.
For nearly two decades, PDF Solutions has provided industry-leading data solutions to enhance operational efficiency in semiconductor production. Exensio Studio AI builds on this foundation, leveraging the PDF Solutions Platform and semantic modeling capabilities to clean, normalize, and align critical data from FDC, characterization, testing, assembly, and supply chain operations.
Exensio Studio AI is designed to streamline the AI/ML development lifecycle, enabling data scientists, engineers, and operations managers to build, train, deploy, and manage models across manufacturing operations and supply chains. The solution supports deployment across multiple endpoints, including cloud applications, shop floors, and semiconductor test cells, utilizing PDF Solutions’ global DEX™ network and secure remote connectivity.
Key Features of Exensio Studio AI
- Full Stack MLOps: Manages the entire ML lifecycle from research to production.
- Flexibility: Supports multi-cloud, hybrid-cloud, and on-premises deployments using Kubernetes.
- Automation: Automates ML pipelines, tracking, and monitoring for faster iteration.
