This strategic leadership move aligns with HUB’s broader initiative to establish its U.S. headquarters this summer, representing a major milestone in the company’s North American and regional expansion.
John Rogers brings a wealth of leadership experience across public policy, national security, and business strategy. He previously served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense and has held leadership roles spanning the intersection of government relations, technology, and national security. Notably, he was the co-founder and CEO of Capstone National Partners and CEO and founder of RL Leaders. He also served as CEO of MV Transportation, the largest privately held mobility transportation company in the U.S., and continues to serve as Vice-Chairman of the Board. Throughout his 30-year career, John has been recognized for bridging the worlds of public policy, digital innovation, and national defense.
In his new role at HUB, John will lead strategic initiatives targeting key stakeholders across government agencies, financial institutions, enterprises, and municipalities. He will focus on deploying HUB’s advanced confidential computing and data security solutions to critical sectors including banking, transportation, and web intelligence. His deep understanding of both public and private sector challenges will be central to advancing HUB’s mission of securing the world’s most sensitive data and driving growth throughout the Americas.
