Iozera and ZutaCore are collaborating to make data centers more sustainable. ZutaCore’s HyperCool® technology uses a direct-to-chip pool boiling system to remove heat efficiently from processors, maintaining peak GPU performance while drastically reducing energy use. This approach addresses the growing thermal and power demands of AI workloads.

ZutaCore’s waterless, two-phase cooling supports extreme thermal loads from GPUs such as NVIDIA Hopper H200, Blackwell B100/B200, and Rubin-class architectures, reducing energy consumption, eliminating water dependency, and lowering total cost of ownership.
Benchmarking Performance
Previous deployments of ZutaCore technology achieved a partial PUE (pPUE) of 1.03, surpassing traditional cooling solutions. Iozera plans to implement this globally in its upcoming AI data centers, setting a new benchmark for high-density workloads.
